課程宗旨 Objective of The Course	This course offers students interested in interpreting an opportunity to learn fundamental Chinese-English interpreting techniques. Course content includes foundational interpreting concepts, strengthening bilingual Chinese-English proficiency, effective communication and expression patterns, step-by-step interpreting note-taking skills, and developing sight translation and progressive interpreting abilities for both short and long passages. It aims to build basic interpreting skills while expanding background knowledge and introducing students to the interpreting market and related professional fields.
