課程宗旨 Objective of The Course	This is an advanced ergonomic course for graduate student in industrial management. We will examine various factors affecting human physical performance in industries. In the course, the regulatory mechanism of various body functions at rest and during work will be introduced, elementary human anatomy, physiological and biomechanical events will be explained, and most important of all, design and redesign issues of task in the workplaces will be exercised.

評量方式 Grading	1. ILO Ergonomics Checkpoints (EC) Presentation, 20% 2. Risk Assessment Tool (RAT) Presentation, 20% 3. Experimental Project (EP) Presentation, 30% 4. Final Exam (Open Notes), 30% 5. For each absent meeting, 5 points will be deducted from your average final grade.
