課程宗旨 Objective of The Course	本課程宗旨將針對區塊鏈及數據分析領域進行探討，課程宗旨分述如下： 1.協助學生瞭解區塊鏈基礎架構、技術發展現況。 2.教導學生具備區塊鏈基礎知識後，結合創新應用思維，如何發展出於金融領域及生活領域之應用；以期學生未來進入業界能順利發展創新的商務營運模式。 3.透過數據分析實際案例或是數據分析FinTech新創公司的實例，探討如何運用區塊鏈架構改善目前數據分析的痛點。
課程大綱 Outline of Lectures	區塊鏈(Blockchain)及數據分析(Data analyses)的發展與應用已經成為金融科技領域的重要未來趨勢，不論是科技端的創新技術應用或是商業端的創新營運模式，都是金融科技的重要顯學。本課程將會包含區塊鏈核心基礎-密碼學的運作架構、國內外區塊鏈金融實際應用、數據分析運用區塊鏈的實際應用，以期讓修課同學瞭解區塊鏈及數據分析結合傳統金融服務後，對同學未來切身職涯發展的影響。課程內容包括： 1.區塊鏈金融的創新應用案例：跨境金融的跨境匯款/外匯交易、境內金融的支付轉帳/財富管理/點數機制/保險/資本市場投資、金融機構內部的AML/KYC等實際應用模式。 2.區塊鏈生活應用的實際案例：物聯網的去中心化網絡架構/雲端分布式儲存、音樂娛樂產業的版權及分潤創新模式、社會民生的公民投驗票防弊/教育經歷防偽等實際應用模式。 3.數據分析於區塊鏈的實際案例：交易透明化機制、數據來源驗證機制等實際應用模式。//This course will provide students with the core knowledge and real cases study of Blockchain and Data analysis in Financial industry to enable them to understand the potential impact of their career counselling in the future. The course content will include: 1.Real cases study of Blockchain in Financial industry: Cross-border remittance/Forex trading in Cross-border finance, Payment/Wealth management/Reward point/Insurance/ Capital investment in Domestic finance, Anti-Money Laundering/Know Your Customer in financial institutions. 2.Real cases study of Blockchain in life: Decentralized IoT Backbone/ Decentralized Storage in IoT, Copyright/Profit Splitting in Music, Election Fraud/Value Preservation and Anti-forgery in Education. 3.Real cases study of Data analysis combined with blockchain technology: Transaction transparency mechanism, Data source verification mechanism.
